At Body of Movement (BOM), I go beyond traditional fitness. True wellness isn’t just about how we move — it’s about how we live, think, and restore. I believe the body and mind are deeply interconnected, shaping our vitality, resilience, and sense of self.

This realization inspired me to pioneer a holistic approach to movement — one that blends physical strength with mental serenity.

My method combines Pilates to build a strong foundation, strength training to enhance power and mobility, and cardio to support endurance and energy balance. Each session is designed to move you toward greater alignment — not just in your posture, but in your overall wellbeing.

As a NASM Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist, I specialize in functional training that evolves with your body — from prenatal and postnatal phases to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. And through my Nutrition Science certification from Stanford University, I integrate evidence-based nutrition, hydration, and recovery practices that support metabolic health, longevity, and emotional balance.

At BOM, I emphasize the essentials of everyday vitality — movement, nourishment, sleep, hydration, and presence — so you can feel strong, supported, and fully connected to your body of movement.
