Each session blends:
Personalized functional strength and Pilates-based training (mobility, stability, breathwork).
Gentle nutrition guidance focused on balance, energy, and hormonal support.
Mindfulness tools for nervous system regulation — including breathwork, journaling, and stress recovery strategies.
Space to talk and reflect when needed — this is training for both body and mind.
Optional guidance on lab work, supplements, and lifestyle optimization.

Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM) — focused on functional exercise for every life stage: prenatal, postnatal, perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
Certified in Nutrition Science through Stanford University — specializing in metabolic health, longevity, and evidence-based nourishment.
