This Summer Build Series is designed to help you create consistency, build strength, and feel more at home in your body.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll commit to moving a minimum of 2 times per week (with encouragement to build toward 3 sessions weekly for deeper results). This rhythm is intentional—supporting real progress, accountability, and a stronger connection to your body.
Booking at least two sessions per week is required to access this series rate, creating a consistent container for growth and transformation.
